The Executive Compensation & Benefit Salary Survey provides an analysis of South African executive remuneration and benefits for 13 core benchmark executive positions and 32 related positions. Research results are analysed both by executive grade, the PEMP Model and by five organisational size criteria. The survey allows interpretation across different sectors and organisational types.

Each participant to our surveys is allocated a code number to ensure maximum protection of client information.
